After being around the world a few times, I came across people who would ask me, “What is your favorite place to live in this world?” I would tell them, “San Diego, in sunny California.” On return to the USA a few years ago, I ended up in sunny friendly Texas. Then I would start dreaming of the west coast with its mild winters and 300 days of sunshine. I had not visited San Diego for over 25 years. Only my heart knew that this was the place to be for my inner healing.

One day I made up my mind and told everybody, “I’m leaving for California.” Nobody believed me until they saw me packing my car and heading west. My mind had focused on California without knowing what to expect and where to stay. My intuition told me to do it and just trust.

Well, I got to San Diego safe and happy. The following day early in the morning, I found a place to live overlooking Balboa Park. I enjoyed the place for a good year, getting my daily exercise with walks in the park — not to mention visiting all the attractions and museums near my apartment, including the world famous San Diego Zoo. Finally it dawned on me that my wonderful view is like Central Park West in New York City. In reality I came to California to see the Pacific Ocean. Now my daily visualization started to change for that beautiful house near the coast. Windows with lots of light. Green trees with gardens all around the neighborhood. Well you must be kidding, said my left brain (also called ego). Do you know how expensive California’s property is? My deeper feeling was saying, “Trust me. Go up the coast 15 minutes and you’ll see a big difference in prices.”

At the same time, I got to know my two famous mentors, Robert Allen and Mark Victor Hansen. They too inspired me with their Enlightened Millionaires program. With my heart and mind dreaming for the new house, I put pictures on the wall and knew something was going to happen. I listened to my inner voice with gratefulness for each new day. This made many new changes to my life.

Then, out of the blue I received a check from a well-known source in the mail. Wow, what a surprise! This was my down payment for my dream home near the water. I called my real state broker to look at some homes up the coast. After showing me several properties, I was thinking “this is not what I’m looking for.” My mind must have activated my agent’s senses. The next home came as a surprise to me. The area was perfect: high on the hill, only one mile from the beach. A view from every window looking west with its blue water up and down the coast. The beach right in front with its curling waves near the lagoon. Breathtaking sunsets almost every day. Some days you can see San Clemente and Santa Catalina Island. For about half an hour I was sitting on the terrace with my agent deciding the positive and negative sides. Finally I sad to my agent, “Let’s go for it and sign the contract.” In the meantime, the owners told us that the house was only on the market four days. They had to move to Palm Spring for health reasons.

On top of my good visualization for the house, one of the owners told me that she was meditating for three months to find the right spiritual owner who would appreciate their 20 year heart-loving home. Now this is a clear indication on how the universe works from all sides once your put your intention out there.

There is no saying where its coming from? We just have to be thankful for every new day. Keep a journal on all your dreams and look at them several times a day. Be grateful for all the things you have now. No matter how small they are. Stay positive no matter what the universe is giving you. No matter what anybody is saying to you be sure that you never, never give up.
